When will my order be shipped?
As a general rule of thumb, orders are shipped on Mondays and Fridays each week. At a minimum we need 24 hours to accept, pack and book shipping for an order. During busy periods and pre-holiday periods, orders may be shipped more frequently. You will get a notification when your order is on its way. All orders are sent with either Sendle or Australia Post and are fully tracked.
How long will my order take to get to me?
It's important to note that once an order has been shipped it is now in the hands of our courier service or Australia Post and because of this we have no control on how long they may take. We send from Adelaide, South Australia. According to the Australia Post website (current as of 1st July 2023) Postage from Adelaide to all other Australian Capital cities takes between 2 and 8 days. From our experience it is usually only a couple of days, but if purchasing for a gift, we recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment! You can check out Australia Posts sending times on their website HERE. Please note that if ordering in December there are strict postage cut off times for Christmas orders.
I'm ordering over $80 and am eligible for free postage. Can you ship to two addresses for me?
The short answer is no. Free postage isn't actually free (we wish it was!!) and the postage of your order is a cost that we incur as a way of saying thank you for ordering over $80 worth of our products. We are a small family business and the cost of shipping an order is constantly increasing and sending to regional areas is often very costly. We love our regional orders and want to give them the same free shipping options as metro orders. This means that we will only ship to one address per order. To send items to separate addresses, you will need to place separate orders.
How long does free local delivery take and am I eligible?
Free local delivery can take up to 5 business days. To be eligible you need to be within 10kms of Port Adelaide, South Australia. After you have added all of your items to your cart, proceed to the check out. There will automatically be an option there for you to select free local delivery. Make sure you add in the notes area, the safe space that you would like your order to be left. You will receive a notification when your order has been delivered.
Do you offer free pick up?
We do not offer free pick up. If you would like to try some products in person, we recommend checking out one of our lovely stockists! There is a list of stockists on our stockist page. Please note that not all stockists stock all products. We recommend reaching out to an individual stockist to see what they have before heading there.
